Remember that trip you took to Jamaica? That time your dad went to Jamaica and brought you back a souvenir? That time you ate at that Jamaican restaurant? This rub! It's just like that! Except not as hot, 'cause we have kids too. It has that same Caribbean combination of spices: cinnamon, allspice, clove, nutmeg with a little sweetness. Before you know it, you'll have a Red Stripe in your hand and Bob Marley playing. You're welcome.

Liberally cover de-skinned chicken thighs, put in crockpot, juice a couple limes and pour over chicken. Cook 6 hours. Serve over rice.
Season pork or chicken or beef before cooking.
