Our Sriracha Flakes are the tasty result of oven roasting the seeds and pulp mash left over after milling our popular Sriracha Hot Sauce which is a collaboration with Bent Brewstillery. This flake has a fantastic oaky, stout undertone of the hot sauce that was fermented in the same charred oak barrels that aged Bent's Dark Fatha, a bourbon-barrel aged emperial stout. We then layer in a bit of sweetness with the vine-ripened jalapenos and garlic. It's truly unique to the marketplace and you're gonna want more. Sorry we are currently out of inventory on the Sriracha Flakes... it was a hot product.
